Dear Courtney,
 
Here we are another month has gotten away from us...where does the time go??
 
Unfortunatly it has been quite sometime since our last newsletter so there is alot to include so please be sure to check out all that is going on here at UAWR.
 
We currently have 21 horses in the care of UAWR and only ONE horse has a partial sponsorship and ONE other has a full sponsorship. This leaves us with 19+ horses in need of your help. We are in despearate need of more sponsors to help with the feed and care of the rescued horses. You do not have to fully sponsor a horse you can do a partial Sponsorship or even just $5.00 a month sponsorship, every little bit helps!!
Sponsorship Information

You can sponsor any amount of money each month for any horse. They are each in need of a sponsor to help cover their costs while here at UAWR. Some are sancturay residents and will remain here for the remainder of their lives and others are available for adoption and waiting for their forever home.

Please help us to care for the horses who need us so desperatly!!
 
A DIAMOND sponsorship helps to provide your sponsored horse with Feed, Farrier, Worming, Supplements, etc. and is $225 a month.
 
A PLATNIUM sponsorship helps to provide your sponsored horse with Feed, Farrier, and Worming and is $175.00 per month.
 
A GOLD sponsorship helps to provide your sponsored horse Feed and is $90.00 per month.
 
A SILVER sponsorship helps to provide your sponsored horse Partial cost of Feed and is $50.00 per month.
 
A BRONZE sponsorhsip helps to provide your sponsored horse Partial cost of Feed and is $25.00 per month.
 
A BRONZE sponsorship helps to provide your sponsored horse Partial cost of Feed and is $10.00 per month.

  • THE MOST needed again this month is your help
    to get a new golf cart charger, ours is no longer usable and is not fixable either. The golf cart has been Our President's means of transportation around the ranch to supervise volunteers and to check on all the horses since she is still not walking without crutches. The golf cart has been a huge help for her to get many duties done around the ranch. The other idea is for everyone to ask around and maybe someone has a charger they are not using that they would like to donate to UAWR. We have an older model Club Car and the charger is a Crows Claw type plug and it is a 36 volt.  WE HAVE FOUND A COMPANY NOW THAT SELLS NEW CHARGERS FOR $300 IF YOU CAN DONATE EVEN $5.00 TOWARDS THE GOLF CART FUND PLEASE DO WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!   • If you are interested in becoming a foster home, volunteering, sponsoring, or adoption please contact us.
Volunteers NEEDED!!
 
We are in need of volunteers to help out still, there is alot of work we are trying to keep up with our president still laid up we are not able to get everything accomplished and we need your help, NO EXPERIANCE NECESSARY!!
 
If you have horse experiance and able to ride horses who are NOT for beginners please consider volunteering . We need your help desperatly to get more miles on horses so they can find homes easier where they will be loved and cared for and to make more room for UAWR to save other horses who need our help.
 
If interested in volunteering please email us at Courtney@uawr.com and let us know what days you are available along with any horse experiance you do or do not have and we will set up a time for you to come out and meet the HORsES and help out.
