We do not generally do dog rescue here at UAWR but I have personally taken on a few dogs that are in need of homes. So we are offering these guys to wonderful, loving homes

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shadow - Young chow/lab mix. Black Neutered Male very sweet and friendly my kids were around him yesterday and he did really well with them. Shadow gives lots of kisses and what a great personality he has. He obviously loves to go for car rides if the car door is open he will get in and sit there as if to say are we going for a ride??  He is just a sweet happy go lucky kinda guy and does not seem to even be effected by all the changes that have happened in his life recently...

We have also found out Shadow LOVES to play ball...I have been spending alot of time with him just playing fetch with his tennis ball and he really seems to enjoy this...even brings the ball back to you and lays down to have his belly scratched. It is tooo cute!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kelly - Long hair Lab cross spayed female.  She is very afraid but shows no aggression just wanted to hide her head in the corner and would shake. I was able to pet and love on her also once in the dog run and she too will need lots of love and attention to help her break out of her shell.

 

Kelly has really come out of her shell and is doing great with one on one attention. Kelly would do great in a home with someone who is home a lot in order to give her tons of love and attention.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Slippy - Female, middle aged, long hair lab cross. She is very sweet and kind and coming out of her shell quite well at this point. She would love someone who will give her lots of love and just enjoy this sweet girl. Look at that sweet little face...how could you resist that?? We have found the Slippy LOVES water and will play constantly in her wading pool on the warm summer days.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shandon - Old German Shepard neutered male. probably needs some work on his teeth. He is very thin and needs to be fed canned food only since his teeth are bad. We are getting him started on some joint supplements to get him moving a little less stiff but he gets up and around pretty good for an old man. This guy is VERY sweet and loving just wants attention and love he was in the middle of everything looking to get more love and attention. This guy is special needs guy and needs someone who would like to give this guy the best for his last remaining years.

 

 

 

 

Lucky—Spayed female Yellow Lab/Shepard Cross 2 years old and very un-socialized and afraid of people. She has never shown any kind of aggression either just fear. Another woman at one time (before the mission was to catch these guys) was able to pet and love on Lucky but she also was shaking while being petted. Lucky needs someone who is willing to take the time to socialize this wonderful girl.

 

 

 

Branch - Neutered Male Shepherd mix

Dulce - Female Chow mix

Both: about 6 yrs. old  

Housebroken, have all shots, Very affectionate and eager to please. These 2 soul mates want to be part of someone’s family.

These two need a large yard with lots of room to roam and play. They need a home with No cats since they will go after cats.
